Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician for a busy regional health system in Georgia. This full-time role joins a four-physician orthopedic group with strong resident and medical student teaching opportunities.

Required: completion of orthopedic residency and a foot-and-ankle fellowship, Georgia license or IM Licensure Compact eligibility. The package includes a guaranteed salary with annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment, a 100% profit-sharing bonus, and

Qualifications

• Completion of orthopedic residency with a foot & ankle fellowship.
• Georgia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility.
• Board certification or eligibility within 5 years of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Precept medical students and residents.
• Participate in OR schedules and block scheduling.
• Manage call duties (7 days per month) with additional pay for extra call.
• Collaborate with three other board-certified orthopedists in a group setting.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
