True North Consultants, Inc. is assisting a Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group in recruiting a full-time Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established practice with four board-certified physicians.

The role offers a competitive guaranteed salary with a 3% annual cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee, plus a 100% shared profits bonus. You will precept students and residents while providing high-quality care in a well-equipped clinic near the hospital campus.

Qualifications

• Completion or upcoming completion of orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
• Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years)

Responsabilités

• Join an established orthopedics team with three other board-certified physicians.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with OR block scheduling.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents.
• Call: 7 days/month with extra pay for additional call.
• Facility and clinic near hospital campus with modern amenities and 24/7 access to physician lounge.

Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Our Regional Health System’s Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet and ankles to join an established practice with three other board-certified orthopedic physicians, including additional support from mid-levels.

• Salary:Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 employee
• Bonus:Bonus of 100% shared practice profits
• Schedule:Monday through Friday; with OR block scheduling
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Call:Call required 7 days/month, including general ortho; extra pay for extra call
• Facility Details: Our Orthopedic Clinic is located within walking distance of the hospital campus; 24/7 access to the physicians’ lounge with meals provided; 24-hour all-access employee fitness center; a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation labs, a conference center, and much more.

Requirements:

• We are not accepting candidates who are podiatry trained; must have completed orthopedic residency
