Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Foodservice Worker to help maintain a clean kitchen and service areas, supporting the culinary team in delivering our Gold Leaf Dining standard. You will operate the dish machine, clean prep and service areas, and assist with waste and linen management to ensure a high-quality dining environment for residents.

Experience in food service and a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health code environment is helpful.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Ability to work as part of a culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment.
• Empty dish machine and store clean items properly.
• Clean preparation and service areas per health-code requirements.
• Take out all garbage to the dumpster.
• Launder table linens.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Foodservice Worker. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and serveware. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

Responsibilities--Foodservice Worker

• Operating the dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Emptying dish machine and properly storing clean items
• Cleaning the preparation and service areas according to health code requirements
• Taking all garbage to the dumpster
• Laundering table linens
