Performance Foodservice, part of Performance Food Group, invites applications for a Sales & Marketing Representative in Madison, WI. The role involves visiting customers, promoting products, and expanding the customer base to drive market share growth.
You will develop business plans, manage pricing and credit terms, and service restaurants, cafeterias, and related businesses to hit sales and profit objectives.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection and operational strategies. The Sales & Marketing Representative will perform the following duties in Madison, WI and the surrounding market area:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
Valid Drivers License
Bachelors Degree Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area
1-2 years foodservice sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
