Qualifications

• 0-2 years of mechanical, HVAC, appliance repair, or foodservice equipment experience preferred.
• Trade/technical training strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required with clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with preventative maintenance on foodservice equipment.
• Perform routine PM tasks like testing gas pressure, calibrating temperatures, and cleaning equipment.
• Report signs of wear to senior technicians.
• Document service calls and parts used accurately.
• Maintain organized truck inventory and tool care.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Deliver professional customer service onsite.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Gradually assume greater responsibilities as skills progress.
