Job summary

Sysco invites experienced sales professionals to join its World Class Sales Team, covering Eau Claire, Durand, WI. This outside sales role focuses on building relationships with new and existing accounts, promoting Sysco products and services, and achieving sales and profit goals.

The position may require non-traditional hours, travel within the territory, and participation in training and promotions. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant mgmt or outside sales.
• Experience in B2B or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work non-traditional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Assess customer needs and tailor a mix of Sysco products and services.
• Monitor market trends and advise customers on product and price strategies.
• Travel to customer accounts and events; manage deliveries per routing schedules.
