Job summary

Sysco in California is seeking an experienced Sales Professional, Restaurant Manager, Culinary Manager or Chef to join our world-class Sales Team and explore career development opportunities. This outside sales role promotes Sysco products, builds relationships with new and existing accounts, and aims to achieve sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or 3+ years in restaurant management or B2B/outside sales.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Restaurant management or foodservice outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts to grow sales and profits.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor product offerings.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive to customer accounts and events; manage deliveries per routing schedule.
• Handle accounts receivable coordination and credit terms as needed.
• Attend sales and district meetings and engage in ongoing training.
