Job summary

Maverik in Middleton, ID is hiring a Food Service Manager to lead a team delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service in our 24/7 stores.

You will oversee daily food service operations, develop Team Members, and ensure safe, efficient meal preparation while championing our GET standards.

Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus program and growth opportunities within a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• 2+ years of food service management experience (preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.
• Flexible Schedule for 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Lead by Example: Jump in alongside your team when needed and help ensure the store and food service operation are running smoothly.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
