Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Food Service Manager in Arkansas to lead a team delivering fresh, high‑quality food and exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee daily food service operations, develop Team Members, and ensure meals are prepared safely and efficiently.

The role includes modeling GET behaviors, training your staff, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with leadership for inspections. This full‑time position offers a competitive starting wage, bonus eligibility, and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Flexible Schedule: 24/7 stores require availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to engage Team Members and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Remain calm under pressure while delivering great service.
• 2+ years of food service management (preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain state/local food safety certification.

Food Service Manager

Starting pay: $18.50 - $20.50/hr. with both career and growth opportunities, plus eligibility for a bonus program!

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
