Job summary

NCR in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Associate to rotate and replenish stock, pick and stage orders, and load trucks safely.

You will use a handheld RF scanner, perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections, and uphold IFS/AIB food-safety standards.

Requires 1 year warehousing, picking/shipping experience, ability to obtain forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehousing, picking, and shipping experience in food distribution.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Rotate and replenish stock to maintain FIFO inventory.
• Select, palletize, shrink wrap, and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Safely load trucks/trailers in a safe and productive manner.
• Use RF handheld scanner and photocopier for order administration.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections on forklifts and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow IFS and AIB standards for sanitation.
• Participate in Health and Safety/Food Safety committees.
• Report inventory discrepancies and counts; perform cycle counts as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
