Job summary

DITSCH USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH to handle receiving, stock processing, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and inventory control within a food manufacturing setting.

You will operate forklifts, scanners, and a warehouse management system while maintaining safety and accuracy. The role includes cycle counts, basic maintenance checks, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as forklift operator, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to read/interpret documents in English and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments, verify documents, and document discrepancies.
• Maintain organized inventory and conduct cycle counts or full audits.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment; coordinate with logistics providers.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training; assist with onboarding.
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and keep work area clean and compliant.
