Qualifications

• Prior supervisory, kitchen, and prep cooking experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Oversees the preparation and service of food and beverages in line with standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer concerns in person and via email for electronic complaints.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence by staff to cleaning protocols.
