Job summary

Chick-fil-A Hunters Crossing & West Broadway Ave in Tennessee is hiring motivated team members for full-time or part-time shifts (5:30am–11:00am or 5:30am–2:00pm). Open availability is highly preferred.

You’ll join a team of 90+ members focused on growth, personal and professional development, and delivering attentive service while upholding Chick‑fil‑A’s standards for guest experience and quality. We offer flexible schedules, scholarships, and advancement opportunities, with a health-insurance

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace -- hustle is a must.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, coachable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Put away the truck order daily, and rotate stock.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Wash dishes.
• Prepare food products.
• Join a team of over 90+ team members focused on growth and development.
• Enhance guest experience with attentive service and personalized interactions.
