Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking part-time stationary Food Truck Attendants / Cooks to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. You will cook, portion, and package items to exact specifications while keeping work areas clean and compliant with safety standards.

Positions offer competitive hourly pay and a benefits package for full-time, year-round team members, plus opportunities to move across our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
• A current food safety certification is required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to use a mobile Wi‑Fi POS system; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cook food and package all products to proper specifications before and during unit operations.
• Properly measure and portion all food items, complying with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, and the freshness and quality of all menu items.
• Greet guests, take and fulfill food orders, and accept payment.
• Operates golf cart and motor vehicle as necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set‑up, service, and clean‑up
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
