Job summary

Young High School is seeking a Teacher of Food Technology to join its rural regional NSW campus. The role requires approval to teach Food Technology and willingness to pursue additional hospitality training.

Qualifications

• Approval to teach Food Technology.
• Approval to teach or willingness to undertake training in VHO Hospitality and VHF Hospitality.
• Proven ability to work as a collaborative member of the TAS faculty and contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating high level teaching faculty programs and resources.
• Proven ability in classroom management and the capacity to manage practical workspaces to ensure student safety.
• An unconditional full approval to teach is required; if not held, must commence approval process with NSW Department of Education.
