Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Food Team Member to join the Dollywood Theme Park. This frontline role involves taking orders, serving, prepping, stocking, and operating a cash register in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, 6 months of food or customer service experience, and is at least 14 years old (18 for some equipment). This full-time seasonal position supports guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous foods experience preferred.
• At least 6 months of previous customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Employees may be required to be 18 years of age to operate some equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Offers of employment contingent upon onboarding, background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, serves, prepares, and stores high quality food, measuring ingredients, and handling cash when applicable.
• Stocks and organizes the kitchen, food lines, and dining areas with proper rotation and storage of product.
• Provides prompt, courteous attention to guest orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Follows safety standards and health code requirements; maintains cleanliness in all work areas.
• Assists guests with menu questions and park layout information as needed.
• Operates cash register and supports a fast-paced service environment.
