Job description

Uploads and stores food products. Cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs. Sweeps and mops floors between meals. Cleans bathrooms between meals and as needed during the shift. Operates automatic dishwasher equipment. Manually washes pots and pans. Operates deep fat fryers, griddles, toasters, and similar equipment. Assists with lifting objects weighing 25 or more lbs.

Minimum qualifications:

1. A high school diploma.
2. Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods.
3. Ability to lift 25 or more pounds.
4. Ability to work cohesively with team members.
5. Ability to read and prepare meals using recipe cards.
6. Must have a valid SC Driver's license.

Knowledge requirements:

1. Knowledge of methods, materials, and appliances used in food preparation and service.
2. Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures related to food preparation and service.
