Job summary

SodexoMagic is hiring a Food Supervisor at the Delta Sky Club in Tampa. You will oversee daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes, reporting to site management and coordinating teams.

We value team players who are adaptable, reliable, and capable of maintaining a safe, high-quality environment. The role requires 1+ years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred, and offers full-time hours with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Pay Range: $20 per hour - $20 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Food Supervisor at SodexoMagic, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
