Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Food Supervisor at the CMC Steel site in Seguin, TX. You will oversee daily food-service activities across fast casual, cafeterias, events, and related service areas, coordinating with management on-site to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience supervising food-service operations preferred.
• Ability to work on any shift and coordinate staff on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Pay Range:

$9 per hour - $41.76 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

• 2 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.


• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license
