Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Tufts Medical Center in Boston to oversee on-site food service operations across fast casual, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, and cafes, coordinating with management and staff.

• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity.

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business


• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.


• Facilitate orientation and training of employees


• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.


• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity


• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
