Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor for CURRY COLLEGE (Milton, MA). You will oversee on-site dining operations across fast casual, counter service, cafeterias, events, and cafes, coordinating routine work with management and service staff to ensure quality and service excellence.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred. This full-time position offers $29 per hour with weekend afternoon/evening shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.

Pay Range: $29 per hour - $29 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Dining Room Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
