Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dining Room Supervisor at University of Southern Maine - Portland. The role oversees on-site dining operations, coordinating routine tasks across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and casual dining environments.

You will work with management to supervise staff, ensure safety, and train employees, while striving for high customer satisfaction in quality and service. Competitive pay is offered and benefits may include PTO and health coverage.

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.

• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Dining Room Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
