Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor at BAT TEN UNIVERSITY. You will oversee on-site dining operations, coordinating routine service tasks across fast casual, cafeterias, events and cafes, while guiding staff under management direction. Emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers varying shifts with open availability and a pay range of $18–$23 per hour. Prior supervisory experience and strong teamwork are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to management on-site to coordinate routine service activities.
• Oversee dining operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
• Ensure a safe working environment and quality service; train and orient staff.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service; punctual attendance.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and support other duties as needed.
• Collaborate with management to adapt to client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Range: $18 - $23

What You’ll Do: As a Dining Room Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license
