Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a shift supervisor for our food outlets to oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise staff during assigned shifts. You will monitor adherence to policies and provide guidance to improve performance while ensuring service quality.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple outlets. This position is based in Biloxi, Mississippi and offers opportunities within a growing hospitality group.

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in all food outlets open during assigned shift. Oversee the service operation of restaurant during assigned shift. Monitor employee job performance to ensure the adherence to all policies and procedures; make recommendations and/or assist in the preparation of performance evaluations and counseling actions.
