Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Biloxi, MS to supervise and coordinate staff across multiple food outlets during assigned shifts. You will oversee service operations and ensure adherence to policies and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and assisting with performance evaluations and counseling as needed to maintain service standards and a safe, productive work environment.
