Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader in La Vergne, TN to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, support managers, and help keep facilities well-maintained and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, be proficient with a calculator and computer, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• This role requires excellent customer service to respond to the needs of customers.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
