Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow is seeking a Food Services Representative to provide friendly, accurate food service to patients and guests in a hospital setting. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and support patient meal delivery.

The role involves following FIFO practices, communicating with patients, physicians and staff, and performing daily dishwashing and basic prep. Preferred HS Diploma; 6 months in food services or customer service are a plus; full-time shifts include

Responsibilities

• Provide food service to patients, guests or customers. Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe food production environment. May prepare food or drink items, assemble and deliver patient trays or catering events and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas. Receive and store food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles. Act as a liaison between, patients, guests, physicians, other hospital personnel and Food and Nutrition Services. Perform other duties as assigned.
