Qualifications

• 5+ years of dietary or food services experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supervising and leading dietary or food service personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field highly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Knowledge of dietary safety, sanitation, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate Food Services Directors, Supervisors, and facility staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and healthcare facility leadership.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel between assigned facilities and participate in Area, District, and Regional activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to facility management and staff.
• Conduct regular facility visits and evaluate operational performance.
• Supervise and evaluate facility managers and supervisors.
• Manage cost-effective operations, budgets, P&L, and purchasing.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare executives, clients, residents, and employees.
• Ensure client contract requirements are communicated and implemented.
• Ensure compliance with dietary safety, sanitation, infection control, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Workers' Compensation reporting and safety resources.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and facility leadership to address operational needs.
• Perform other duties as directed.
