Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens.

Position Summary:

Work involves preparing and serving food and cleaning food service areas. Employees work under direct supervision, follow written and/or oral procedures and practices. Employee will implement these procedures, methods, and activities developed by others.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:

Some experience in kitchen work.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :

Skilled in reading, writing, and simple math. Ability to follow written and oral directions.

Physical Demands:

Lifting food items, up to 25 pounds, and prolonged standing for food preparation. Driving.
