Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and assist in food preparation and product dating.
2. Set up and break down stations as designated by the manager.
3. Cook and prepare foods following recipes and instructions.
4. Use accurate portions when preparing and serving.
5. Maintain daily temperature logs.
6. Sample all food items prior to service.
7. Report and pull food that does not meet quality standards.
8. Complete opening and closing checklists.
9. Greet customers and inquire about their service experience.
10. Handle customer complaints professionally and positively.
11. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and utensils.
12. Dispose of waste properly.
13. Transport supplies and equipment safely.
14. Report safety hazards and assist in safety observations.
15. Cross-train in various areas as needed.
16. Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
17. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your manager.
18. Lead and advise team members to ensure timely service.
