Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are hiring immediately for seasonal Food Service Worker positions at Resica Falls Scout Camp, located at 1200 Resica Falls Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Seasonal, Monday - Friday, hours may vary, with AM and PM shifts available. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Prior kitchen experience preferred. Willing to train.

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
2. Measure ingredients accurately.
3. Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
10. Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
