Location: Trinity Mother Frances - 800 East Dawson Street, Tyler, TX 75701. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, 5:00 am - 1:00 pm. Days may vary; more details provided upon interview.

Requirements: 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Carry pans, kettles, and trays safely.
4. Store food following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
9. Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
