Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
3. Transport food to and from work stations adhering to safety standards.
4. Store food properly, following safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Address customer concerns and inform supervisors as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
