Job summary

Becomearoadie is seeking a reliable kitchen/dining assistant to perform a variety of tasks in a fast paced restaurant environment, always following established procedures to ensure smooth, safe, and consistent food service operations throughout each shift.

You will break down and clean tables and dining areas when meals finish, return dishes to the kitchen, assemble or toss fresh fruit and green salads in standard portions, clean exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings and walls, sanitize trash

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks having several steps or a sequence of tasks that requires attention to work operations in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures.
• Break down and cleans tables and area when meal is finished and returns dishes and food to the kitchen area.
• Assembles or toss fresh fruit and green salads in quantity using prepared dressings and portions into standard serving sizes.
• Cleans exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, and walls. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans; disposes of trash.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
