As a Food Service Worker, you’ll assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving our loyal customers. Under the guidance of your manager, you’ll learn on the job and build meaningful connections with those we serve. We’re looking for team players who are organized, focused, responsible, and bring a positive attitude every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of food preparation for the day and manage product dating.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down stations as directed by the manager.
• Prepare foods according to recipes and instructions.
• Ensure accurate portioning when preparing and serving.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items prior to serving.
• Report to management any food items that do not meet quality standards.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Greet customers courteously and handle feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
• Ensure proper sanitation and waste disposal.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Report safety hazards immediately and participate in safety observations.
• Cross-train in various areas as needed.
• Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
