Food Service Worker I – Jekyll Island (Temporary)

Responsibilities

• Serve food at the dining hall; set up serving lines and prepare individual trays; interact with customers from young children to adults (35%)
• Cleaning and sanitizing the work area, operating a commercial dishwasher; cleaning chairs, tables, and service lines; sweeping and mopping floors; cleaning windows, baseboards, blinds; maintaining walkways and walls of the food service building (35%)
• Assist cooks in preparing and cooking food; assist with preparation of menu items (20%)
• Other tasks as assigned (10%)
