Responsibilities

1. Perform customer, food, and sanitation activities, troubleshooting as necessary.
2. Maintain excellent communication skills with patients, customers, and coworkers; respond to issues and concerns promptly.
3. Assess customer needs and deliver products accordingly.
4. Record food temperatures and take corrective actions when standards are not met.
5. Maintain personal hygiene and proper uniform standards.
6. Complete daily washing and sanitizing tasks, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
7. Ensure a safe work environment and proper record-keeping.
8. Perform cleaning duties as scheduled and maintain equipment and supplies properly.
9. Train new employees and maintain stock levels.
10. Provide excellent customer service with a courteous manner.
11. Handle customer complaints politely and effectively.
12. Respect co-workers and participate in department activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Skills in communication, relationship building, listening, computer use, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Medium work exerting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.

Working Conditions and Other Details

• Occasional exposure to bodily fluids, burns, chemicals.

• Travel may be required occasionally.

Additional Information
