Job Description

The Food Service Worker I is responsible for performing various food and beverage-related tasks. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, strong dedication to customer service, and a positive and friendly demeanor. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the Food Service Area.

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner.
2. Deliver exemplary customer service.
3. Prepare and serve hot food as required.
4. Work as an expediter in the kitchen, organizing orders and ensuring timely delivery to the correct tables.
5. Handle all food products and equipment accurately to adhere to food safety standards.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the food service work area.
7. Complete daily side work, logs, restocking, and cleaning duties promptly.
8. Keep accurate records of spoilage and accounts.
9. Work effectively with diverse populations in an encouraging and positive manner.
10. Handle guest complaints respectfully.
