Job Description

The Food Service Worker I is responsible for performing various food and beverage-related tasks. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, strong dedication to customer service, and a positive and friendly demeanor. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the Food Service Area.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exemplary customer service consistently.
• Prepare and serve hot food as required.
• Assist as an expediter in the kitchen, organizing orders and ensuring timely delivery to the correct tables.
• Handle all food products and equipment accurately to ensure food safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food service work area.
• Complete daily side work, logs, restocking, and cleaning duties promptly.
• Keep accurate records of accounts and spoilage.
• Work effectively with diverse populations in an encouraging manner.
• Handle guest complaints respectfully and professionally.
