FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at Baptist-Little Rock, located at 9601 Baptist Health Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary, including some weekends. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: One year of customer service or food service experience.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients accurately.
• Transport food and supplies safely between stations.
• Store food properly following safety protocols.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and equipment as needed.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portioning.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
