Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Higley Unified School District - 2935 South Recker Road, Gilbert, AZ 85295. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Weekdays, hours may vary between 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $14.75 to $16.75 per hour.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
