+ Location: CHS - Merit River Region - 2100 US 61, Vicksburg, MS 39183. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.

+ Requirements: Food service experience preferred but not required.

+ Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour.

Job Summary

This role involves preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
3. Transport food, utensils, and supplies safely.
4. Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and equipment as needed.
7. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
9. Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
