• We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time Food Service Worker position.
• Location: Cape Canaveral Hospital - 701 West Cocoa Beach Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Friday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food service and food preparation experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Transport food to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Store food properly, following safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and equipment.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portions.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
