• Location: CHS - Longview Regional - 2901 North Fourth Street, Longview, TX 75605. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, with hours and days varying, including rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare, present, and serve food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Measure ingredients accurately.
• Transport food to and from work stations safely.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies and utensils.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
