• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely.
• Stores food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Serves customers courteously and efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
