Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food properly, following wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following steps of service.
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
