Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location:

FIS - 601 South Gaines Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements:

Previous food service or culinary experience required.

Additional Information:

Job Summary:

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weigh and measure ingredients.
3. Carry pans, kettles, and trays to and from stations following safety standards.
4. Store food properly following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distribute supplies and utensils.
7. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
8. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
9. Resolve customer concerns and inform supervisors.
10. Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
