Location: Watson Clinic - 1600 Lakeland Hills Boulevard, Lakeland, FL 33805

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am to 2:45 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirement: 1 year of food service and grill cook experience required.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and inventory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
