We are hiring immediately for a full-time FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location: C&S Optical - 10 Optical Avenue, Keene, NH 03431

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Must have food service and restaurant experience.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
2. Weighs and measures ingredients.
3. Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
4. Stores food properly following safety and rotation procedures.
5. Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
6. Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
7. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
8. Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service.
9. Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
10. Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
11. Follows sanitation and safety requirements.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
