Job Summary

Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Measures ingredients accurately.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays following safety standards.
• Stores food properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and utensils.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Maintains compliance with service standards, inventory, and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
